I placed an order on 11-6-2020, today is 24-8-2020 about 73 days ago, I have not received my item nor my money, it is showing order completed on tracking, AliExpress keep proposing but never do anything. I was told if my order didn't arrive on 23-7-2020 I will get my refund... Nothing till now... I will never use their platform again. If you are Nigeria becareful using all these Chinese website, no good customer relationship

From using Aliexpresss for over 2 years now i haven't encountered any problems. The online store is wonderful. If by any chance your product doesn't get to you, they give you your money back guaranteed

BEWARE OF ALIEXPRESS!!!!!! THEY CHEATING MY RETUNING ITEMS!!!! I LOST £46 AS THEY CHEATED ON MY RETUNING ITEMS. CHINESE APPS CAN NOT BE TRUST?!!!!!!!!!!
AliExpress Not very honest!! I returned 2 pair of climbing in one parcel packaging and how's it possible they told they'd only received 1 pair and not 2? So they're easily said your item missing and only refund me less than half(£29.04 of the original purchase price £75. So I lost £45.96. People's always said Chinese apps can not be trust and now I learn the lesson from AliExpress. Order number 3031386766484010

Shipping time wasn't too bad but didn't receive what I ordered. When I tried to resolve it, AliExpress wanted a picture of the incorrect item, which I sent, TWICE. They said they never received it and closed the dispute. Tried contacting the seller, they kept wanting me to send a picture which didn't work on the link they wanted me to use. After too many messages and them not wanting to fix it, I told them to forget it and I would keep what they sent (even though it wasn't what I wanted) and that I would NEVER order from AliExpress again. All they said was "sorry"!

Terrible experience. A couple of shippings were fine, but two are lost with no refund (they show delivered) after many emails, and another one I cancel and after 4 weeks no refund. Lesson learned! I will not buy again, I have lost the money for three products and customer service was very had.

If i could give less 10 i would they are scam maybe 10 stores are good in 100 i opened a disput on 13-04 still no anwser still no money back nothing i hace 3 orders in disput im closing my account on shittyexpress i some one need pictures i will send them they dont fu**ing care about u or your goods, they only want your money!! I order a battery the seller take me money and no send me the item i contac wih customer service and only put scuses, the customer service the can see me item is in china and tell no cant refund me money i no happy wiht this service. I advise the people can see this review no trus i the item sell in aliesspres more of this item is never coming and you lose your money

I bought 4 months ago CR2032 batteries from aliexpress - Shop5598029 Store. Advertised as original brand Panasonic batteries, that proves to be false. Lasts only a few days for a car key.DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE!

I used to buy often on Aliexpress. But due to the absence of the Customers Care, the sellers have made their own sales rules, send what measures remain in stock and not what you ordered, the same with the colors.They count on the fact that the return is expensive and borne by the buyer. Some send the order to another address and it appears to be delivered to you and when you notify Customer Care, they simply don't care. Recently I paid for a delivery 42 Euros, and the postman asked me for another 34. If I didn't pay, I would lose the right to be reimbursed. It's a place where you can buy cheap, but the money you think you save, you lose them when a problem occurs. Disputes are not resolved. As I said the sellers are actually Aliexpress, they do what they want!Buyers have no rights!

NEVER AGAIN! If this isn't a scam, then it's very close to it. I've wasted so much time with these people. Here's the routine: you buy, they don't send, you try to get a refund, they stall.

1st time using this comapny and i was impressed the items came from china and i was pleased at how quick they arrived great to see a company that delivers what they say
